H. Eliot Subin

Upon graduation from the University of Miami in 1969, Mr. Subin entered into the real estate community by accepting an entry level position with Termix Properties, Inc., a New York City real estate brokerage firm engaged primarily in the business of acquiring, managing, developing and selling real estate and mortgages. Mr. Subin became vice president of Termix Properties in 1983. From 1969 until the present time he has worked on all facets of real estate acquisition, development and financing; ranging from subsidized city and affordable housing to construction, renovation, modernization and gentrification of property as well as sales and financing. In 1985, Mr. Subin founded the firm Subin Realty, Inc., a licensed mortgage and real estate brokerage firm specializing in commercial real estate development and financing in the local metropolitan New York area.

- As a principal of Subin Realty Corp., a licensed real estate and mortgage brokerage firm, raised and acquired capital through creative lending sources for clients to purchase properties from the Resolution Trust from 1991-1995
- Raised significant funds for startups and small publicly traded companies thorough Wall Street contacts from 1995 to 2001
- Owned, operated and managed a portfolio of retail centers in the southeast, including funding, bank workouts, buydowns, leasing, sub-dividing, and all necessary functions
- Eliot is the father of three children and has four grandchildren
Michael D. Subin

Michael D. Subin, based in Westchester County, New York, has over 17 years of experience as a real estate investment professional as a principal, associate, operator, business owner, and broker.
As an associate since 2008 for Penman Management Group, a regional boutique real estate investment firm, Mr. Subin is primarily responsible for company acquisitions, including sourcing, investment strategy, financial analysis, investment memoranda, and due diligence, while being involved in the life cycle of the entire real estate portfolio through disposition.
Prior to 2008, Mr. Subin was a manager of The DoneDeal Group, LLC, a real estate development company, where his responsibilities included acquisition, development, and management of Fairway 21 Financial Group’s real estate portfolio.
His property sector experience includes retail, shopping centers, single and multi-tenant net leases, multifamily, industrial and single family. Mr. Subin graduated from Ithaca College in 2001, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Mr. Subin is a NYS licensed real estate broker.
In 2004, founded MDS Group, Ltd, a New York based (nationally operated) real estate brokerage and services company, focused on real estate consulting, commercial and residential business development and small business development including a 95+ seat restaurant.
Michael is a happily married father of two boys and currently resides in Brewster, New York. In his free time volunteers for Brewster Little League Board of Directors, Celiac Disease Foudation, American Cancer Society, and Lupus Foundation of America. He also serves as Director of Operations of Brewster Crush travel baseball program, a 501c3 currently consisting of 5 youth team ages 8-14 years old.
Michael loves competitive sports, music, good food, and the beach. “There’s nothing more important to me than family. My wife Breanne, my boys Michael and Jeremy, and dog, Zoey are my ‘why.’”
Jessica Subin

Jessica V. Subin has over 15 years of experience in real estate profession as a manager, associate, operator, and principal in ownership of a diverse real estate portfolio including multiple shopping centers, a single-tenant-net-lease portfolio of Dollar Generals as well as Healthcare assets.
As an associate for Penman Management Group, a regional boutique real estate investment firm, Ms. Subin is primarily responsible for managing the company’s day to day operations, including the in-house management of their vast investor database, accounts payable and receivable, rent collection and vendor maintenance. Ms. Subin works closely with onsite property managers to insure constant communication between ownership, tenants and vendors. In addition, Ms. Subin is involved in the entire real estate portfolio, assisting in acquisitions, sales and investor relations.
Prior to Ms. Subin’s career with Penman Management group, she worked for over 5 years as an associate of The DoneDeal Group, LLC, a real estate development company. Her responsibilities included in-house management of real estate portfolio and investor database as well as administrative operations.
Ms. Subin graduated from The State University of New York at New Paltz in 2000, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology with a concentration in Social Service.
Jessica currently resides in Tarrytown, New York.
